1960
Our Humble Beginning
We started with Yarn Trading Business back in 1960 with name 'M/s. P. G. Jakhotya' and soon doubled it to 'M/s. Jakhotya Enterprises'

1970-1991
Inception of manufacturing
In 1970, Jakhotya Group of Textiles expanded in the fabric job work business and progressed to 1000 power looms. In 1985, first full-fledged manufacturing facility was installed at Malegaon Industrial Estate in weaving preparatory segment. In 1991, the fabric manufacturing extended into specialty design and fancy fabric manufacturing range under the name ‘M/s. Ajay Agencies’ and became a prominent producer in market.

1992
A Major Leap
Collaboration of Jakhotya Group of Textiles with National Textile Corporation (NTC) which led to fruitful and long term running of their spinning mills in Nanded and Dhule. Besides, the group has run numerous prestigious spinning mills on job work basis for substantial time.

1999-2009
Office Expansion
- 1999 - Jakhotya Cotex Industry for woven fabric manufacturing unit in Malegaon
- 2002 - Expansion to Ichalkarani with Jakhotya Trading Company
- 2004 - Prachi Textiles for premium woven fabric manufacturing

2010-2013
Industrial Expansion
In 2010 ,Mega renovation project with brand new Air-jet looms from Belgium, Europe was launched. 2013 witnessed launch of Jakbrillo Sizers, fully automated warping and sizing unit

2016
Diversification
Jakbrillo Udyog LLP is incorporated. It launches patented nanotechnology solutions under the brand 'Jaksmart' which serve smart innovative products that have potential to solve highly lethal and perennial public health issues. Jakbrillo also launched itself in to textile value addition market with an innovative and unique printing technology under the brand 'Jakstyle'
