Right from regular qualities which are commercially sold pan India, we also experiment and develop fabrics with unique properties and construction involving multiple fiber types.Besides this, we are expert at supplying value added fabrics that have specific functional finishes. Some of the finishes include bactericidal, fragrance finish, flame retardant, mosquito repellent and many more. These fabrics find application right from domestic and personal use to institutional, commercial, industrial and technical textile fields. We have a dedicated R&D team which caters to the need and requirement of the customers. We are also open to new innovations and developments as required by customers.
To boost our fabric manufacturing facility, in 2013, we reverse integrated to set-up a sophisticated weaving preparatory plant. This plant comprises of warping and sizing machines and the auxiliary machines. In line with our vision, this plant is an eco-friendly and sustainable venture since it is being equipped with effluent treatment process and renewable energy generation.
In 2016, we have expanded our plant with Rapier technology weaving machinery in Malegaon. This addition now enables us to manufacture a wide spectrum of fabric qualities.
